Refund policy

If you have purchased a CDR branded piece of apparel the following policy is in effect: There are no returns on custom CDR branded prints, embroidery, and promotional products orders. All sales are final. This includes, but is not limited to deposits on custom prints, embroidery, or promotional product orders.

To be eligible for a return or exchange your item must be damaged and or custimized in error. Products must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The branded product must arrive back to us in this condition within 15 days of recieving it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please email javier@jrdigital.net with return/exchange request
All returned items are subject to our restocking policy.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two weeks.
